Site privacy notice

This notice covers the Necroforge website (necroforge.gyanburuworld.com), signing up for the closed beta and the bug bounty. The game itself has its own privacy policy. The data controller is GyanburuWorld, the developer of Necroforge. Reach us at contact@gyanburuworld.com.
No cookies
The site stores nothing in your browser: no cookies and no local storage. Fonts, images and music are served by the site itself, with no third-party calls. The music only plays when you press the button.
Visit counts
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and where they come from. It uses no cookies and does not identify visitors. What we see are totals: page views, country, referring site (for example, instagram.com), device and browser type, and load time. These numbers can't be tied to a person.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical connection data to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks, under its own privacy policy. We don't keep this data.
Closed beta sign-up
When you sign up, through the site or through Google Forms, we receive:
- your Google account email (required);
- the nickname you choose to give (optional);
- how you heard about the game (optional; if you came through one of our links, the site pre-selects that link's channel, and you can change it);
- whether you want an email about the open beta and the launch.
The site's form sends this data straight to the beta's Google Form, in a GyanburuWorld Google account. We use your email to:
- add you to the game's tester list on Google Play (Google receives the email to unlock the test for your account);
- send the welcome email with the test link, from contact@gyanburuworld.com;
- tell you about the open beta and the launch, only if you ticked the box.
Each sign-up also shows up in a private staff channel on our Discord, which no one outside the team can see, to organize the invite queue. We don't sell your data, don't use it for third-party advertising and don't show your email to other players.
We keep your sign-up until the game launches. If you ask earlier, we delete it from the form and from the tester list (you then lose access to the beta). Legal basis: fulfilling your request to join the beta and, for the email updates, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Bug bounty
Anyone taking part in the bug bounty reports on Discord, where Discord's rules apply to your username and to what you write there. To pay for a confirmed bug, we ask by email for the payee's full name and PIX key. We keep these, along with the amount and date of each payment, for as long as the law requires to prove the payment (5 years), and use them for nothing else. People paid in Blood tell us their in-game character, which we use only to deliver the Blood at launch.
Links to other services
The site links to Discord, Instagram, Google Forms and Google Play. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Age
In Brazil, Necroforge is not recommended for anyone under 18. Bug bounty payments by PIX are made only to people 18 or older.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent to email updates, at contact@gyanburuworld.com. We answer within 15 days. If you feel we didn't handle it properly, you can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
Changes
When this notice changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Any change that collects new data is added here before it applies.
